- Change spark plug(s)*
- Set, adjust and synch carb and choke cable (analyze EFI)
- Check clutch alignment center to center and belt tension
- Check chain tension and gear case oil or act
- Grease all fittings
- Check and adjust track tension and alignment
- Check for wear on hyfax and track clips
- Check and adjust toe-out on skis
- Check cables for proper operations, includes P.V. cables
- Check oil pump adjustment
- Check and adjust brake if needed
- Check shocks for leaks and proper settings
- Inspect carbides and wearbars
- Check exhaust for proper seal
- Inspect cooling system
- Check torque on motor mount bolts
- Prepare estimate for any additional parts and labor required
