I've cut 1 ½ acres of grass with a 42 inch deck riding mower for about 9 years. My wife and I had created an obstacle course for ourselves by planting trees and shrubs all over the property. This makes mowing pretty labor intensive. To get a close cut around all the foliage involves a lot of wheel turning and mowing back and forth . The whole process took a couple of hours. I knew a zero turn radius would help me out, but I was hesitant to buy. I didn't know how to drive one and I was not sure what size deck to get. I shopped around and fortunately ended up with Dave at the Lumberjack Shack..
Dave spent a lot of time giving me the pros and cons of each machine, helping me find a mower to fit my needs. I finally decided on an eXmark Pioneer S- series with a 60 in deck. Besides giving me the best deal around, the guys at Lumberjack shack showed me how to drive it and passed along some mowing tips. The eXmark was very easy to learn to drive for both my wife and I. We have cut our mowing time in half, which is a shame because now it's actually fun to do. The maneuverability is fantastic, the cut looks great, and I have no regrets buying the large 60 inch deck. Thanks again to the Lumberjack shack . You guys have nailed the concept of customer service!

I just wanted to say THANKS. That used 441 Mag you all sold me is an ASS KICKER! The compo of my MS260 pro and the 441 is about perfect. I am looking for a third saw perhaps a 361 or 362 in excellent shape. I hate to let friends use my saws but I never turn down help when offered. If you come across any good condition used saws please give me a shout. I have cash.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to do business with you. I know we can be difficult at times with all our questions, but you didn't even once make us feel like we were being the bother I know we were! I know from experience, many other 'salespeople' would have been showing their frustration with us. I will certainly be recommending your shop to everyone I know. Both of us were very happy with the sale. I got the machine home, unloaded it and had the whole yard mowed in less than 2 hours. Normally it would have taken me over 4 hours to do it. I figure in time, when I get more confident in my driving ability, I'll trim that time down even more! I couldn't be more pleased with how the Lazer XS cuts. There were some spots where the grass was pretty long, and I didn't get the windrows I would have with my old one, that's great! It's so much quieter and smoother than my other mower, I acutally enjoyed the ride! It's almost a shame it didn't take longer to cut! I'm amazed at the lack of clippings in the nooks and crannies too. A couple shots with the air and it looked just like it did when I unloaded it. Mary got on it, and within a couple minutes was cruising around like a pro. When she tried the green one, she ran over a tree because it was so 'jumpy' she couldn't control it! We're both certain we made the right choice with ExMark, and Lumber Jack Shack
I just wanted to thank you for taking time with me and showing me all the functions of my new Arctic Cat ATV. I am having a lot of fun on my new toy. I am writing this letter to let you know the reason why I purchased my Arctic Cat 300 4x4 ATV from your company.
I looked at all models of ATVs and went to seven different dealers. I spent time at each dealership talking about the differences in machines and their recommendations. Not one of the competitor's sales people took as much time with me as your salesman, Brian Conrad. Brian not only took the time to explain to me the Artic Cat line and its pros and cons, he also explained to me the pluses and minuses of the competition. It is because of people like Brian and yourself that I buy and I will continue to buy my recreation vehicles and land maintenance equipment from the Lumberjack Shack, Inc.
I wanted to send this email to express my gratitude for getting my sled in for warranty this week and moving some jobs around to accommodate my situation. When I go to buy my next new sled I will definitely buy from Lumberjack Shack.

I recently purchased a new Stihl Farmboss 290 chainsaw and various accessories from your store. I wanted to write and let you know that I couldn't be happier with the chainsaw and the customer service I received while making my purchase.
I am not an expert when it comes to picking a chainsaw, so I went with the Stihl Farmboss based on online reviews and previous use of my brother's MS 310. I decided to purchase my chainsaw at your store after stopping in one day to look at the Farmboss. I liked the fact that your sales people weren't pushy and answered any questions I had about the saw. I looked at Weingartz and Hellebuyck's as they are a lot closer to my home but didn't feel comfortable at either place. The extra miles I had to drive to your store were well worth it.
After purchasing the saw, I came home excited to cut some wood. As luck would have it, I had trouble starting the saw. It even quit on me when I did get it started and was cutting through a log. I brought the saw back and it was looked at on the spot. After looking the saw over, it was determined that nothing was wrong. So, I took it home and tried again. Again, I had the same issues with the saw. I called back and was told to bring the saw in for a new replacement. I was totally shocked to say the least. I did not expect that to happen!
The 2nd Farmboss has worked perfectly ever since. It starts after 1-2 pulls, cuts like butter, and runs perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
I know this is long winded, but I just wanted to take the time and let you know that I will be recommending your store to anyone I know who is thinking about purchasing a new chainsaw. Your customer service is 2nd to none. And if the time should come when I have to replace my Stihl Farmboss, I won't be looking at any other places except for the Lumberjack Shack to purchase a new one. Thank you!
